    It isn’t funny and you are showing a lack of editorial judgment in publishing it: we are informed that it is so unfunny that it breaks the law (noting the content will almost certainly be visitor-generated content and therefore there is no editorial judgement to be had).

    It’s a very good reason, noting principles of freedom of speech and lack of editorial limitation on any such documents.
